Absolutely not. Each session is tailored to you and conducted with the utmost care. Furthermore, your mind cannot block the effect of the energies that flow.

How many sessions are needed to see results?

From the very first session, you will feel an immediate sense of calm. For a profound and lasting change, a series of sessions may be recommended. However, only you know what is right for you. You alone decide how many sessions will be appropriate based on your own experience; I will not offer a package deal.

What equipment do I need to participate in a session?

Nothing complicated: comfortable clothes in which you feel free to move and breathe, a quiet place where you won't be disturbed and possibly a notebook to jot down your insights.

Life is full of surprises. You can cancel or reschedule your session up to 48 hours before the appointment free of charge. After this time, the session will be considered due in order to maintain my schedule.
